GENERAL RULES

The Parties to the Service Agreement are respectively SynthAsia Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SynthAsia”) and Users of www.synthasiachina.com (hereinafter referred to as “SynthAsia’s website”), and the Agreement chiefly focuses on the provisions between users and SynthAsia on users’ use of SynthAsia’s website and the services associated with SynthAsia’s website (hereinafter referred to as “services”) furnished by SynthAsia.

Users must carefully read all the contents of the Service Agreement before registering or filling out and submitting information on SynthAsia’s website. If you raise any questions, you may feel free to consult SynthAsia. Where users do not agree with the relevant changes, they must stop enjoying the services immediately.

SYNTHASIA’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

When users enjoy SynthAsia’s services, SynthAsia shall be entitled to receive and record users’ personal information, including, without limitation, name, email address, company, telephone, country of origin, IP address, information on Cookie website as well as web page records requested by users, etc.

On the other hand, SynthAsia shall be obliged to maintain the normal operation of the whole platform on the strength of existing technology, and endeavor to upgrade and upgrade the technology;

In the event that users incur disputes with others attributable to their actions on SynthAsia’s website, and the judicial departments or administrative departments require SynthAsia to present relevant information in compliance with legal procedures, SynthAsia shall be entitled to disclose the relevant information of users to such judicial departments or administrative departments, including, without limitation, registration information and personal information (including, without limitation, name, email address, company, phone number, country of origin, IP address, information on Cookie website and web page records that users require to access, etc.);

SynthAsia shall be entitled to delete the information or terminate the service and the Agreement without the consent of the users, in the case that the users do any illegal or improper behavior on SynthAsia’s website or if SynthAsia holds that the service shall be terminated;

SynthAsia shall be entitled to query users’ registration information, behaviors on SynthAsia’s website as well as other matters. If it is found that there are problems in the registration information or there are reasonable reasons to suspect that related behaviors or other matters are improper or illegal, SynthAsia shall be entitled to request users and ask for correction;

SynthAsia may transfer the Agreement without the consent of users;

USERS’ RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Users consent to receive emails or messages from SynthAsia or SynthAsia’ partners.

Users shall be entitled to publish information, make evaluation, take part in activities and enjoy other services without special restrictions in accordance with the Agreement as well as relevant rules in the announcement of SynthAsia’s website;

Users shall guarantee that they comply with laws and regulations, respect social morality, observe the principles of good faith, and do not disturb the network order;

Users’ comments and evaluations shall be true, and it is strictly forbidden to insult, slander or maliciously evaluate others;

The information released by users shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other legitimate interests of others;

Users shall consent not to make use of the information released on SynthAsia’s website for commercial purposes, including, without limitation, using any information presented on SynthAsia’s website by copying and disseminating such information;

In the case that the original published information has not expired, users are not allowed to repeatedly publish information with the same or similar content;

DISCLAIMER

Users shall be held accountable for the information they publish as well as any other behaviors or other matters that occur on SynthAsia’s website, and SynthAsia will not be responsible in this regard. Users explicitly consent that where SynthAsia suffers any loss and is subject to any third party’s claim or punishment of any administrative department due to users’ violation of relevant laws or the provisions of the Agreement, users shall compensate SynthAsia for all losses suffered as a result, including, without limitation, the amount of losses, claims and penalties, as well as all expenses of attorney fees, legal fees and travel expenses, etc. incurred to reduce losses or claim rights.

ADMINISTRATION

For any dispute incurred by or in relation to the Agreement, either party may file a lawsuit to the people’s court with jurisdiction where SynthAsia is situated. The Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
